When you book photography services with us, you agree to these terms:
The photographer does not handle cleaning, dusting, or moving furniture for liability purposes.
We typically do not photograph closets, utility rooms, or garage interiors. If you’d like us to make an exception, please let us know when you make your booking request.
The agent is responsible for notifying and scheduling with the homeowner.
The photographer who takes an image is the copyright holder to that particular image. Copyright is non-transferrable to other parties.
Images delivered are licensed to the listing agent or seller for the purpose of listing a property for sale or rent and for use in creating additional marketing materials for the sale or rent of that property. Only the licensee has permission to use the delivered images for any electronic or printed promotion.
Payment must be received in full prior to image delivery. Credit cards, checks, and cash are accepted and can be processed at the shoot or online.
A photo session cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start of the session is subject to a $50 fee that must be collected before booking another shoot.
In addition to our primary service area of St. Augustine, we also serve the communities of Jacksonville, Crescent Beach, Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and others. There are no travel fees for properties within 30 miles of St. Augustine Beach according to Google Maps. Properties 30 to 60 miles from St. Augustine Beach will incur a $25 plus $0.75/mile fee above 30 miles each way. Please contact us for a quote for properties further than 60 miles from St. Augustine Beach.
Unless it is raining, we will proceed with a scheduled shoot. No re-scheduling fees apply in the event of bad weather.
